The VFFOTO ND 2000× NANO-PRO magnetic filter is designed for photographers and filmmakers who need to dramatically reduce the amount of light reaching the sensor while maintaining maximum image quality. It is ideal for working with long exposure times in very bright daylight without compromising sharpness or color accuracy.
This very strong ND 2000× filter limits incoming light to just 1/2000 of its original intensity, corresponding to a reduction of 11 exposure stops (11 EV). It enables multi-second to tens-of-seconds exposures during the day, opening up creative possibilities that are otherwise impossible under strong sunlight.
The filter excels in landscape photography, allowing smooth, flowing water in rivers, waterfalls and seascapes, soft cloud movement and minimalist compositions even at midday. It is also well suited for creative long-exposure work with moving people or traffic, where unwanted motion disappears and the scene becomes calm and clean.
